Engage in exploration of self and the world of work to gather information to assist in clarifying career direction and choice, enhance career planning, goal setting, and develop an actionable plan.
There are many reasons why people engage in career coaching for career exploration and decision-making; here are a few:
- Educational decision-making, choose a college major, consider graduate or professional school,
advanced training or earning a credential - Career decision-making, choose a career, change careers, find a more meaningful career, refine or
re-define career direction, improve work-life balance - Increase self-knowledge and identify choices
Involves:
- Completion of Pre-coaching questionnaire – basic information and reason for seeking career coaching
- Completion of Intake Form and Signed Informed Consent
- Virtual Intake Interview (one 1-hour session)
- Three (1-hour) Virtual Coaching Sessions
Fee: $600* 50% due prior to Intake Interview, remaining 50% due before second coaching session
Additional sessions may be added at $175 per one-hour session.
