- Completion of Pre-coaching questionnaire – basic information and reason for seeking leadership
development coaching - Completion of Intake Form and Signed Informed Consent
- Intake session: (one 1-hour session). Career and leadership history, clarify reason for coaching and identify
initial coaching focus - Develop clearly defined goals
- Identify actionable items and specific areas for follow-up
- Regularly scheduled coaching sessions
- Coaching support
Typical duration: 3 Months
Fee: $220* Per one-hour session. Due prior to each session.
