Involves:
- Completion of Pre-assessment questionnaire – basic information and reason for seeking leadership
assessment - Completion of Intake Form and Signed Informed Consent
- Intake Interview: 2 hours, Fee: $440; Career and leadership history and Behavioral Interview; Introduction
to Assessments and Instructions - Completion of assessments on your own between sessions (Fee for Assessments to be determined based on assessments administered.)
- Interpretation of Assessment Results (Number of 1-hour sessions to be determined based on assessments
administered) - Reflection and goal setting
- Action Planning
Fee : $220 per 1-hour session plus cost of assessments. Payment due prior to each session and prior to assessment administration.
*Leadership coaching services may be added for an additional fee of $220 per one-hour session.
