Women's Leadership Coaching

Coaching for women focuses on acknowledging key challenges faced by diverse women leaders. It is designed to strengthen women’s leadership development and is sensitive and affirming of intersectional identities and experiences of  women of color and members of diverse underrepresented groups, persons with a disability, as well as early career women, persons with reproductive concerns in the workplace, and working mothers.

 

Some common goals for women’s leadership coaching include:

  • Address persistent barriers, challenges and inequities associated with women’s leadership 
  • Increase confidence and resilience
  • Identify and counter misconceptions, double-bind and other biases, imposter syndrome, work-life balance
  • Strengthen networking, mentoring and sponsorship
  • Find support through growth and connection
  • Identify strengths, opportunities and challenges


Involves:

  • Completion of Pre-coaching questionnaire – basic information and reason for seeking leadership coaching.
  • Completion of Intake Form and Signed Informed Consent
  • Intake session: (one 1-hour session) Career and leadership history, clarify reason for coaching and identify
          initial coaching focus
  • Develop clearly defined goals
  • Identify actionable items and specific areas for follow-up 
  • Regularly scheduled coaching sessions
  • Coaching support


Typical duration: 3 Months

Fee: $220*  Per one-hour session.  Due prior to each session 

          *Leadership assessment services may be added for an additional fee.
